1. Overview
Excelerate Digital Marketing provides GoHighLevel Sub Accounts to its students.
All services are powered by GoHighLevel and operate under its terms and policies. By subscribing, you agree to follow both Excelerate Digital Marketing policies and GoHighLevel’s terms of service and acceptable use policies.
2. Eligibility
Sub Accounts are only available to active students of Excelerate Digital Marketing.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at any time.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription tiers:
* Practice Account – ₱197/month
* Monthly Plan – ₱498/month
* Yearly Plan – ₱2,400/year
Practice Accounts have limited features. Monthly and Yearly plans include full access.
4. Billing and Payments
All subscriptions are auto-renewing
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle
You are responsible for maintaining:
* A valid payment method
* Sufficient balance for billing
Failure to process payment may result in account suspension.
5. Wallet and Credit System
All accounts follow a rebilling (usage-based) system.
Each account must maintain a minimum balance of $10 in wallet credits
Credits are used for:
* SMS
* Emails
* Automation usage
Important:
If your balance becomes negative, your account will be temporarily disabled
* Access will only be restored once the balance is settled
* Continued negative balance may lead to permanent account deactivation
6. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable
All wallet credits are non-refundable
Partial usage or unused time is not eligible for refund
7. Cancellation Policy
* You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing settings
* Cancellation will stop future billing
However:
* No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
* Access will remain active until the end of the paid period

9. Account Suspension and Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated under the following conditions:
* Negative wallet balance
* Failed or missed subscription payment
* Violation of platform rules or policies
* Abuse or misuse of the system
Excelerate Digital Marketing is not responsible for:
* Data loss
* Interrupted campaigns
* Downtime caused by suspension
10. Compliance with GoHighLevel
By using the Sub Account, you agree to comply with all policies set by GoHighLevel.
Excelerate Digital Marketing is not liable for:
* Platform outages
* System bugs
* API failures
* Third-party service interruptions
11. Liability Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis.
Excelerate Digital Marketing is not responsible for:
* Campaign performance
* Lead generation results
* Revenue outcomes
* Failed automations or setups
12. Data and Usage
* Users retain ownership of their data
* Access to data is dependent on an active subscription
* Inactive or terminated accounts may lose access to stored data
13. Policy Updates
Excelerate Digital Marketing reserves the right to update:
* Pricing
* Features
* Terms and policies
Continued use of the service means acceptance of any updates.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to any Excelerate Digital Marketing Sub Account plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
