These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the products, services, websites, courses, workshops, communities, digital materials, software access, mentorship programs, and other offers provided by Excelerate Digital Marketing Services, referred to in this document as “Excelerate,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By purchasing, registering, accessing, or using any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, register for, access, or use our products or services.
Excelerate provides digital marketing education, training, tools, templates, coaching, and related services. These may include, but are not limited to:
The exact inclusions of each product or service will depend on the specific offer, sales page, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement provided at the time of purchase.
By using our products or services, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate access if we believe that a user has violated these Terms.
Some products or services may require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, or business information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account access with other people unless the offer clearly allows it.
If we detect account sharing, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
All prices will be shown on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, order form, or written agreement.
Payments may be collected through third-party payment processors, bank transfer, e-wallet, card payment, payment links, or other payment methods made available by Excelerate.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount stated at checkout or in the signed agreement.
For recurring subscriptions, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing cycle stated in the offer.
You are responsible for making sure that your payment method is valid and has enough funds.
Failed, delayed, or incomplete payments may result in delayed access, suspended access, or termination of service.
Excelerate is VAT-registered. Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including 12% Value Added Tax or VAT.
If VAT is not yet included in the displayed price, Excelerate may add the applicable VAT to the final amount payable.
For VAT-inclusive offers, the checkout page, invoice, receipt, or written agreement should clearly state that VAT is already included.
For business-to-business transactions, taxes, official receipts, invoices, and related documentation may be handled based on the written agreement between Excelerate and the client.
Access to courses, workshops, recordings, templates, resources, and other digital materials will be provided through the platform, website, community, email, or system stated in the offer.
Access may be time-limited or lifetime, depending on the specific offer.
“Lifetime access,” when offered, means access for as long as the product, platform, or business remains available and supported. It does not mean access forever under all circumstances.
We may update, replace, remove, or modify course content, templates, resources, or delivery platforms when needed.
For live online or in-person workshops, you are responsible for attending on the scheduled date and time.
If you fail to attend a live session, we are not required to provide a refund, replacement session, or replay unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
We may reschedule, postpone, or cancel a live event due to operational, technical, health, safety, venue, speaker, or force majeure reasons.
If we reschedule an event, your registration may be transferred to the new schedule.
For in-person events, participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, food, and other personal expenses unless the offer clearly includes them.
Mentorship, coaching, and consultation services are educational and advisory in nature.
We may provide guidance, feedback, templates, strategies, and recommendations. However, you are responsible for your own implementation, decisions, business operations, advertising spend, client communication, pricing, sales process, and results.
Any unused sessions may expire based on the timeline stated in the offer or written agreement.
Missed sessions, late attendance, or cancellations may be subject to our scheduling rules.
Some offers may include access to GoHighLevel, CRM tools, automations, funnels, websites, software accounts, or other third-party platforms.
These tools may be subject to the separate terms, pricing, limits, usage policies, and technical rules of the third-party provider.
Excelerate is not responsible for outages, bugs, pricing changes, feature changes, account restrictions, billing issues, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.
If your plan includes software access, you must follow the usage rules stated in the offer. Misuse, abuse, illegal activity, spam, prohibited messaging, or violation of platform rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
For software subscriptions, access may be suspended if payment is late, declined, or unpaid.
Excelerate provides education, training, tools, templates, strategies, and support. We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, marketing, career, advertising, sales, or client acquisition result.
Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skill level, market, niche, offer, pricing, budget, implementation, sales process, audience, timing, and other external factors outside our control.
Any case studies, testimonials, screenshots, examples, or income-related statements are for illustration only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same result.
If you use our training or advice to run ads, build funnels, sell services, launch offers, or operate a business, you are responsible for your own actions and expenses.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, advertising policies, platform rules, consumer protection rules, tax rules, and industry regulations.
You are also responsible for your own ad spend, payment processor fees, software costs, refunds to your own customers, chargebacks, taxes, and business decisions.
All content, materials, videos, recordings, slides, templates, prompts, documents, frameworks, training methods, designs, logos, branding, community posts, resources, and other materials provided by Excelerate are owned by Excelerate or licensed to Excelerate.
You may use our materials for your personal learning or internal business use only, unless we give written permission for another use.
You may not:
Violation of this section may result in termination of access and possible legal action.
If you join any Excelerate community, group, chat, class, or private channel, you agree to behave respectfully and professionally.
You must not:
We may remove posts, mute members, suspend access, or remove members from the community if these rules are violated.
If you submit comments, testimonials, screenshots, success stories, reviews, questions, or feedback, you allow Excelerate to use them for internal improvement, support, marketing, and promotional purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid exposing sensitive private information without permission.
If you do not want your testimonial, screenshot, or feedback used publicly, you may contact us and request removal.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and subscription termination are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
By purchasing from Excelerate, you agree to review and follow the Refund Policy applicable to your product or service.
All digital products are strictly non-refundable unless the specific checkout page clearly states that refunds are allowed.
Digital products may include, but are not limited to, online courses, workshop recordings, templates, prompts, downloadable files, swipe files, digital toolkits, private training materials, and other online resources.
Workshops, consultations, mentorship programs, software access, subscriptions, completed services, and downloadable materials may also be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated in the specific offer, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to purchased products and services.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to websites, platforms, communities, software, payment systems, video hosting, email systems, or third-party tools.
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, compatible device, updated browser, and access to the tools needed to join or use our products and services.
We may update, modify, replace, pause, discontinue, or remove any product, service, platform, feature, bonus, community, or material when needed.
We may also change prices, inclusions, delivery methods, or access rules for future purchases.
Changes will not automatically affect completed purchases unless required for technical, legal, operational, or platform-related reasons.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Excelerate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost clients, lost data, failed campaigns, business interruption, or advertising losses.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Excelerate for that specific product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to protect and hold harmless Excelerate, its owner, team members, contractors, partners, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Excelerate will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These may include natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, platform outages, government actions, health emergencies, accidents, venue issues, labor disruptions, security incidents, payment processor issues, or other events outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any product, service, community, software, or platform if you:
Termination due to violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall first be handled through good-faith discussion between you and Excelerate.
If the dispute cannot be resolved privately, it may be brought before the proper courts or authorities in the Philippines, unless another venue is required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on our website, checkout page, course platform, or other official channel.
Your continued use of our products or services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds, cancellations, subscription payments, transfers, and access termination for products and services offered by Excelerate Digital Marketing Services, referred to in this document as “Excelerate,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By purchasing any product or service from Excelerate, you agree to this Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, you should not purchase our products or services.
All sales are final unless the specific checkout page, sales page, invoice, written agreement, or official offer clearly states that refunds are allowed.
Excelerate has a strict no-refund policy for digital products unless a refund option is clearly stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
This means that once a purchase is completed, the buyer is responsible for reviewing the product details, inclusions, price, payment terms, and refund terms before completing payment.
Digital products are strictly non-refundable unless the specific checkout page clearly states that refunds are allowed.
Digital products may include, but are not limited to:
Due to the nature of digital products, access may be granted immediately after purchase. Because the buyer can view, download, copy, or use the material right away, refunds will not be issued after purchase unless the checkout page clearly allows refunds.
Payments for online courses and recorded training programs are non-refundable unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.
This applies whether or not the buyer finishes the course, watches the videos, downloads the materials, joins the community, or uses the provided resources.
Failure to consume or complete the course does not qualify the buyer for a refund.
Payments for live online workshops are non-refundable unless the specific offer clearly states that refunds are allowed.
If the buyer fails to attend the live session, arrives late, forgets the schedule, has internet issues, or is unable to join due to personal reasons, Excelerate is not required to issue a refund.
If a replay is included in the offer, access may be provided according to the stated terms of that offer.
If Excelerate reschedules the workshop, the buyer’s registration may be transferred to the new schedule.
If Excelerate cancels the workshop and does not provide a replacement schedule, credit, replay, or alternative fulfillment, the buyer may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the specific situation.
Payments for in-person workshops, events, seminars, trainings, or bootcamps are non-refundable unless the specific offer, invoice, or written agreement clearly states otherwise.
If the buyer fails to attend, arrives late, leaves early, or cannot attend due to personal reasons, Excelerate is not required to issue a refund.
Seat reservations, venue preparation, materials, staffing, and operational costs may be arranged in advance. Because of this, payments for in-person events are generally final.
If Excelerate reschedules the event, the buyer’s registration may be transferred to the new date.
If Excelerate cancels the event and does not provide a replacement schedule, credit, replay, or alternative fulfillment, the buyer may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the specific situation.
Payments for mentorship programs are non-refundable unless the written offer, checkout page, or agreement clearly states otherwise.
Mentorship programs may include access to sessions, support, templates, training, community access, software access, or other resources. Once access has been granted or the program has started, payments are considered final.
Failure to attend sessions, complete assignments, implement advice, use the resources, or participate in the program does not qualify the buyer for a refund.
Any unused sessions may expire based on the timeline stated in the offer or agreement.
Missed sessions, late attendance, or cancellations may be subject to the scheduling rules stated in the specific offer or agreement.
Payments for one-on-one consultations are non-refundable unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
If the client misses the scheduled consultation, arrives late, or cancels without enough notice, Excelerate is not required to issue a refund.
Rescheduling may be allowed at Excelerate’s discretion and may depend on availability, notice period, and the terms stated in the specific offer.
Once a consultation has been completed, no refund will be issued.
Payments for done-for-you services, implementation services, marketing services, funnel setup, automation setup, chatbot setup, ad account setup, creative work, consulting deliverables, or similar services are non-refundable once work has started unless the written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Work may be considered started once Excelerate has performed planning, onboarding, account review, strategy work, setup, communication, creative direction, documentation, or any other project-related task.
If a client cancels after work has started, fees already paid may be retained to cover time, labor, strategy, preparation, opportunity cost, and resources allocated to the project.
Any cancellation, pause, or refund terms for service-based projects should follow the signed agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work between Excelerate and the client.
For recurring subscriptions, the buyer is responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if they do not want to continue the service.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged unless the checkout page, written agreement, or applicable law requires otherwise.
This may apply to:
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges, but it does not automatically refund previous payments.
If payment fails, access may be suspended, limited, or terminated until payment is completed.
Some Excelerate offers may include access to GoHighLevel, CRM tools, automations, funnels, websites, software accounts, or other third-party platforms.
Payments for software access, CRM access, sub-account access, or third-party tool access are non-refundable unless the specific checkout page or written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Excelerate is not responsible for refunds caused by third-party platform issues, feature changes, account restrictions, outages, policy updates, price changes, or technical errors outside Excelerate’s control.
The buyer is responsible for following the usage policies, billing rules, and acceptable use rules of any third-party platform connected to the offer.
Misuse, spam, illegal activity, prohibited messaging, non-payment, or violation of platform rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
If a buyer purchases through a payment plan or installment arrangement, the buyer agrees to complete all scheduled payments.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled at any time. It is a payment arrangement for the full purchase price.
Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in suspended access, cancelled access, collection efforts, or other actions allowed by law or agreement.
Payments already made under a payment plan are non-refundable unless the checkout page or written agreement clearly states otherwise.
If a buyer is accidentally charged more than once for the same product or service, the buyer should contact Excelerate at [email protected].
If Excelerate verifies that a true duplicate payment occurred, Excelerate may issue a refund for the duplicate charge or apply it as credit, depending on the situation.
This does not apply when the buyer intentionally purchased multiple products, multiple seats, multiple accounts, or multiple access passes.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the product name, inclusions, price, payment terms, and checkout details before completing payment.
Excelerate is not required to issue refunds for accidental purchases, mistaken purchases, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, failure to read the offer details, or purchasing the wrong product.
At Excelerate’s discretion, an incorrect purchase may be converted into credit for another product or service, but this is not guaranteed.
Discounted, promotional, limited-time, early bird, bundle, event-only, flash sale, or special offer purchases are non-refundable unless the specific checkout page clearly states that refunds are allowed.
Price changes, future discounts, new promos, or lower prices offered after purchase do not qualify the buyer for a refund or price adjustment.
Some offers may include bonuses, free resources, templates, calls, community access, software access, or other inclusions.
Bonuses are provided as additional value and do not change the refund terms of the main product or service.
Failure to use or claim a bonus does not qualify the buyer for a refund.
Excelerate may replace, update, remove, or change bonuses when needed, provided that the main paid offer remains reasonably fulfilled.
Refunds will not be issued based on lack of results, lack of sales, lack of clients, failed campaigns, low revenue, poor implementation, lack of time, business challenges, or dissatisfaction caused by factors outside Excelerate’s control.
Excelerate provides education, training, tools, templates, strategy, and support. We do not guarantee specific financial, business, advertising, career, or client acquisition results.
The buyer is responsible for implementation, decision-making, business operations, advertising spend, sales process, niche selection, offer quality, and other factors that affect results.
If a buyer has a concern about a purchase, the buyer should contact Excelerate first at [email protected].
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Excelerate may result in suspension or termination of access to products, services, communities, software, or accounts.
Excelerate reserves the right to provide the payment processor, bank, or financial institution with proof of purchase, access, delivery, communication, usage, and this Refund Policy.
False, abusive, or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination and possible legal action.
If a refund is allowed under the specific offer, checkout page, written agreement, or applicable law, the buyer must submit a refund request by emailing [email protected].
The request should include:
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Excelerate will review the request based on the specific offer terms, checkout terms, written agreement, payment records, access records, and applicable rules.
If a refund is approved, Excelerate may process the refund through the original payment method or another method agreed upon by Excelerate.
Processing times may depend on the payment processor, bank, e-wallet provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
Any processing fees, transaction fees, gateway fees, bank fees, foreign exchange fees, or third-party charges may be deducted from the refundable amount unless prohibited by applicable law.
VAT, taxes, or official receipt adjustments may also be handled according to applicable tax rules and documentation requirements.
At Excelerate’s discretion, a payment may be converted into credit instead of being refunded.
Credit may be applied to another product, service, workshop, consultation, mentorship, software access, or future offer.
Credits are not guaranteed and may be subject to expiration, availability, and approval by Excelerate.
Access, seats, or registrations may not be transferred to another person unless Excelerate gives written approval.
Excelerate may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on our website, checkout page, course platform, or other official channel.
Your continued purchase or use of our products and services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
